It’ll be an evening of cold plunges, movement, music, sauna sessions, and wellness

Wear a swimsuit or comfortable clothing you’re okay with getting wet and bring a towel to dry off with.
Bring an extra towel to sit on in the barrel sauna. Seats are first come first serve and sign up will be at check-in.
Plus it never hurts to bring a friend and a good attitude with you too :-)

Cold plunging has numerous health benefits, but it’s not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, circulation problems). If you’re unsure, please consult with your doctor beforehand.

Join the Crew + Volunteer with us
We're looking for a few solid folks to join our volunteer team for upcoming events. Whether you're great with a clipboard, a lighter, or a cooler, there's a place for you here.
We’re currently seeking help with:
Ticket Check-In – Welcome guests, check tickets, and keep the flow smooth
Fire Tenders – Keep our sauna stoked and toasty
Ice Haulers – Help us stock the tubs and make sure the cold stays cold
